Hey eveyone . Im working on my karate school swat team website.

But i dont know what else to add yet. I cant really find any cool apps and stuff to add to the site to make it popout.
Tell me what you think of the site and if any changes should be made . Plus any codes or apps for the site you know of please let me know.
I was looking at your site and one thing I think that will help is if you make your site's focus more clear. Obviously your site is about karate, but I don't see anything else other than random facts and videos. Are you planning on teaching people how to do karate? Is it going to be a site showcasing certain karate moves? Are you targeting a certain group like teenagers? kids? I couldn't really tell by looking at your site. So I think for starters, make your long-term goal more obvious when the visitor first arrives (other than "a site about karate").
Doing this will help you decide what other kinds of features, information, etc. to add and it may help us give you better suggestions too. Also when your target group is obvious, you can choose applications that will fit with your audience's needs. Again, who is that? People learning karate? I think more defined content will really help shape your focus.

I would encourage you to tone down your colors. Especially the blue columns. Those colors are too bright and contrast too much with white. It hurts my eyes.
