Compare this two sites - Professional opinion needed

Hello,

I do run online business with http://www.getyoutubeviews.com, but I realized that site looks too un-professional and makes people feel like the service is a scam (in fact service is real and works great).

So, I started working on new site (its not done yet).
Its located on http://www.jan1024188.com/test2/

Please, tell me everything you would add/remove/change on new site, and also explain why would you do so.
