Review my half-done website
Hello every body
I am in the process of making a website and it is only about half done. But still i would like you guys' comments about it so i can act upon them to improve my site. Some sections of it are complete, though. I would appreciate all your comments:

Good start siyab. You may think of making your header a little smaller because the body of your site doesn't really start till nearly 1/3rd down the page.

Great site, especially for a newbie like me. Ever though of offering some downloadable HTML and CSS tutorials?

I'm getting a message every time i click on any tutorial saying
"The system cannot find the file specified."
Not sure if those tutorials are still to come or if it an unexpected error.

Thank you all for your comments!
Lisa, I think that by making my header smaller, the logo would get crushed. I think I'll have to make a new logo. Ok, i'll work on it.
DanaP, your suggesstions are great too!
But let me finish my site first! Then only can I think of offering downloadable tutorials.
Webdev, it is not a system error. I have not yet made some tutorials. But the "Basics" section is done. Why don't you try that??

Looking good. You have lots of content so far. I just see one issue though. When I click the "like this picture" link on the "About the Web and HTML" page, the image opens in a new window. That is find, but the page containing the link has now been changed to the "The Basics of HTML and WebDesign" page. I had to click the back button on my browser to return to the page with the link.

siyab, the site is simple to navigate and looking good. However, i'm not sure about one thing. You have google ads on top of the page )(or example About the Web and HTML page) and i don't see the content until i scroll down. Not sure if this is good because people coming to your site will get discouraged for not seeing the conatnt right away but seeing ads first.
Are you tracking your traffic? What are you seeing with the traffic? DO people actually staying at your pages? Are you getting clicks on ad sense ads?

TechieGuy, the page does not change. It's the same page, but only that you are taken to the top of the page when you click the "like this picture" link. Its corrected now. It was a little code problem

webdev, so you mean to say that i should position the contents of my site in such as way so that people can see it immediately? But then I would have to put the content at the top of the page and the header would get crushed. what about removing the adsense ads at the top??
