Impressive work. Good choice of colors that work together. Attractive layout without getting too crowded or overly flashy (distractive). I like the choice of pictures. So many sites like to show body builds that look excessive to most folks. Parts that I read were well written with enough personal info to be real. Nice job.
One thing I would do. It may be just my taste and it can be a little challenging code wise. I like to expand the background color of the left/right columns in height to match the content column. Also, I don't really like the dotted lines—the solid ones as on this page look better to me. Again, a matter of taste so I can't say others would feel the same about these two things.
Also, another thing I did notice. The red around the nutrition boxes seems to clash a little. I think I would tone that down a little toward the browns in the site. Otherwise I know you are already planning a little more content and pictures, especially on the exercise pages.
Again, good work. Hope all goes well for you.

I really do like your colors for the template. It's perfect for your topic. I agree with James about the navigations not meeting the footer. Mine is the same way. I am trying to figure out how to make that div go all the way down as James suggested. I don't particularly like that either but didn't know how to fix it. I found a site that explains how http://articles.techrepublic.com.com...1-5268973.html and plan to fix that template.

Thanks for the reference, Lisa. I do it with css but must make an adjustment on each page every time I change the length of my content. Not good but I really dislike short navigation columns and have never found a way that doesn't seem too involved to be practical.

yeah, i've stated that right in the beginning. I built this site based on lisa's template. Read before you speak next time.

Lisa, you can have your margin fit the height of the page by setting your <td> to 100%. Im assuming you are using include files to handle your navigation...yes?
