Soooo, some of you know already about this project..

well, actually...only james and lisa and....Squibbit do....but..whatever xD

So i just started this new website and i wanted to show you the work i am doing...and i am here to accept critiques so i can do my work better =)

ok here's the original template ( i dunno if i can post the site i took it from so...i wont..)

I know that there's nothing much to see yet but...

give me your suggestion on this:

What would you like to see on your favourite character's website?
Give me ideas =D something that you would like to see there but that you didn't see yet

The graphics are pretty nice.

Your writing style might cost you when it comes to the crunch I think. Although a relaxed-style might suit a different user group, I still think that some form of professionalism should be shown nevertheless. That's my opinion about it anyway.

Everybody on this site would like to know your secret. This is a new site. Only three of us knew about it when you made your post less than an hour ago. And yet by the time I can click on your link and get there I am told in a flashing banner that this is no joke, I am visitor number 10,000! Wow!

As Ulrich says, a little professionalism is a basic requirement for success in any field, especially on the web. Lisa's integrity is what has built this and all her other sites. If you want to do well with your site you need to start with these. I hope you will be able to hear this not as criticism but as a real desire to help you succeed. You have to use real care in what you put up on your site. Think first about how visitors will respond, then what you want to achieve.

Oh no problem mates i was just showing the design i made..

I wanted to make a more friendly approach to the visitors, tell'em that i am one of them by my writting style, i tryed to write like Zell would ^^

Oh sry James i know it's my fault because my english is not that great but...=S i didn't understand what you meant with that banner thing =S

Please will you explain it a lil better? =S

If you were talking about the IMAGESHACK banners...well thats not the site it's just a screenshot of my desktop showing my work imageshack puts the banner there for themselves, i wont put publicity on my website even when it is up and running..

Well if you weren't talking about that...sry ^^

That's good. Your work is interesting. Glad to hear you don't plan to use the intrusive banner ads when you go up for real. Sorry to address a non issue in this case, but some people do go with those things and I think it really hurts their chances for success with their sites.
