Hi Renee,

Great job. I really like what you have so far. Helpful and entertaining

I like your "Customer Service / About" page, because it's personal and clever. I like how you tied in SBI, including Ken Evoy's video.

After the video, however, where it said "Still not sure about SBI?" I think there was a shift in tone... from telling about your website and business to a bit sell-ish. I don't know if that makes sense, but it caught me a little off-guard.

Also, I think it's nice you mentioned Lisa. I noticed this on other pages too, but instead of having text in the paragraph and a link at the bottom, it may be better to make the text in the paragraph a link.

Ok, so you think there was a shift in tone? I'll go back and re-read what I have there. I don't want to come over sell-ish, just getting folks to taste what we've tasted as far as SBI. Ok, I'll look into that. Thanks for letting me know that, I like what you said about that. It does make sense to me.

And I like about adding Lisa's sites as a link versus having them separate. I'm on it, my friend-

I have had issues with my NavBar since Day One - I have go back and rebuild it AGAIN! My site is NOT to supossed to be looking like this! I'll be back!

I guess SBI is having glitch problems or something. I did have to rebuild my NavBar again but it should be back to normal now-

Hi Renee,

It appears that you are off to a great start- what a good topic choice! Love it, but i'll admit i'm partial- LOL!

I did notice some text/image alignment issues (wrapping your text around some pics) that sort of bugged me as a visitor, but thats nothing that cant be tweeked right? Are you using the block builder or another editor?

In any case, keep it up and I wish you tons of success!

You're doing a great job. Keep at it.

Are you taking your own pictures? If so you are making some good shots.

You do need to adjust your spacing around some of the pics where they are too crowded to text. But overall your navigation, top banner, and layout are really good.

Kerry/James: I am using Site Builder and maybe it's just an alignment thing, but can you tell me specifically what graphics you're referring to?

I'm learning the html codes to space text and everything. I'm just wondering if that's what I need to tweak. Tell me, please.
