I'd like to keep the "Site Review" section a place for people to ask for reviews on their overall site design, layouts, etc. I don't consider a broken link checker falling into this category and can see how this may get abused if I allow this.... especially in this case since a "broken link checker" tool is a very common site tool.
Imagine people coming here and asking for reviews of their email contact forms, refer a friend forms and every new feature they add to their site. That could get crazy and opens the door for too much self promotion. Gotta look at the big picture and hope you understand.
