Wink RSS feeds?/ AdSense tips or opinions/ THANK YOU LISA!

Lisa or any other experienced publisher,

I'd like to start out by simply thanking Lisa. I'd been wanting to start a site up for a while, but didn't know where to start. I stumbled upon this site and needless to say, I found an answer to nearly every question I had. After watching Lisa's videos and following her tips, I found myself being quite confident. So Lisa, thank you so much. It's good to know there are people like you out there.

But I digress... I've been using AdSense for about a week now, and it seems almost too good to be true. I'm already bringing in over a dollar a day. I know it isn't a whole lot, but I like to think it's not too shabby for my first week. If anyone could take a look at my site and give me some input on changes I could make, I would be very grateful. I'm getting the hang of it but I know I could do a lot more. My primary question is if my Google searchbars are violating terms of service. I use the same code at the end of each post, and my page displays ten posts at a time. Does that violate the terms or is that a normal procedure for bloggers?

I'm also utilizing my RSS feeds, but I fear that I don't totally understand the concept. I have an RSS button (that I nabbed from Lisa, of course with a link that says "what's this" below it. I know I don't totally grasp the concept, and I know my readers don't either. If anyone has the time, just take a look at the "what's this" link and let me know if I described RSS feeds correctly.

If anyone could offer some helpful advice or input, it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance,
John

The following is a link to my site. It contains some NSFW language, so if you are easily offended...then this does not apply to you. It's not that raunchy, though

TRD!

Hi John,

I'm going to move this to Site Reviews since ultimately you are asking for others to review.

First of all, congrats on your AdSense success and good news, it's not too good to be true. And the more you work at building traffic, the more that income will grow!

As far as RSS feeds, this allows people who use RSS readers to get updates on your content. So someone takes your RSS link and subscribes to your blog with their reader. Any time they open their reader, they'll see the titles of all your posts. It's a great way to keep up with your content without having to actually visit the site.

No problem. That was a tricky one because your post actually fell under a few categories so no biggie. Hopefully others will chime in and give you some more reviews.
