I am very glad you got your site off the ground and I hope it will prosper. I am however obliged to give you a fair review over a few things.
The site looks good but I find that the "Taquilamemories.com" is a bit small. Making it bigger can make your page look more appealing and you definitely want your website's name to stick to your visitors' heads.
Secondly, you might want to create a logo - I don't think that's all too important for your type of website but it could always help in identifying it.
You forgot something very important and that's your title, well it seems there's something there but it's not really very descriptive to any search engine. Remember that the search engines take what's in your title to display it in the search results. In other words google will have you ranked as:
Which is nothing more than your URL.
I also agree with lisa that you should work on driving traffic to your site first before establishing a forum - perhaps fill in those blank "Under Construction" pages first. Content is king!
