Default My latest design

Okay, so I trying to launch a new site by the end of this month. (it is not a computer store! I am trying to keep the premise a secret until launch! )

I have uploaded the template I created to my existing site.. its located at

http://www.tagrookie.com/php/newtemp.php

I would like it if people could tell me what they do and do not like about the design. I am trying to create the best looking site I possibly can. Ask yourself if you would feel comfortable spending money on the site, if not.. why not?

Thanks in advance!

It's great you've got a lot of sections for ads and other miscellaneous items. I like how you broke it up. I would make the orange lines around the sections smaller or a lighter color. They are kind of overpowering.

Also I would make the links on the left side a little bigger or eliminate some of the white space on the left so it doesn't look as though the links are disconnected from the main design. Right now they're kind of floating in space.

I agree with Lisa's comments. I would definitely shrink the whitespace between the navigation links on the left and the page content. I would also make the navigational links larger...it will make them easier to read for all your visitors.

In IE7 the space in your content above the footer is acting weird. It appears to partially appear when I move my mouse over it. I'm not sure what will be added to this space.

Thank you much! I will lighten the borders up. As for the navigation links, the white space is filled in the links on my actual page. And for the bottom section above the footer.. what exactly do you mean by partially shows up?

Right now all I have in the code is an empty box with a hover effect on the background.

I'll be uploading a revised version in about 30 seconds.

The "partially shows up" problem appears to have been fixed with your latest update.
