We all make these kinds of errors but it does pay to watch carefully to avoid them whenever we can. Most people are turned off by them because they conclude that if you don't know how or don't take time to spell correctly you may be just as inept or careless in your content.
You do good work and have a lot of valuable content so taking care of this is a small effort that is well worth the time required.

Point well taken, it is very important and especially important for seo results, its hard to get good keyword density when you spell the same word 3 different ways...LOL
