I found it quite easily to navigate around the site and it loaded up pretty quickly.
The video on the front page was a good intro to the site, so people know what your offering straight away.
Im just iffy about the sounds, ive never been a fan of sounds but thats probably just me. No need to remove them.. thats why speakers come with an 'off' button.
I am studying flash also, and I loved it. I like sounds on sites, but the button sounds don't quite fit this site in my opinion. But a really great looking site over all.
One thing I would add is a logo that incorporates the word REACH.
