Default Please review my page headlines

Do you think my headlines are too small (execpt the home page)? SBI! says to use a larger font because the keywords will get more attention from the search engines. But it also states that there is no real proof of that.

I made the headlines smaller because they initially looked too overwhelming to me (too dark are large). I tried keeping them the same size as the headline on the home page and using pink letters, but then it looked like too much pink when going from page to page. I like the contrast of using pink on just my home page better.

I would think the headline just needs to stand out by being larger than the rest of the text, and I think the size I have chosen does stand out. What do you think?

I dont think they are to small if they much bigger they would overwhelm your header text and size, I think there big enough to get the message across and nice and appealing to read.

You could vary it up one size, and make it bold or something but it certainly clear and easy to read which is the main factor for humans anyway. I think you site is very search engine friendly I wouldn't worry to much.

Hi West,

What SBI is referring to is the header tag # not the actual font size. In the headline block builder a H1 tag has the largest font with the H3 tag having the smallest. An H1 tag is more important than a H2 or 3 for the search engines so you want your headline to have a H1 tag.

What I did was just change the font size in the header codes to suit my needs maintaining a H1 tag with a different size font. This will allow you to keep the font size you like and satisfy the search engines by having the important H1 tag for your headline.

Hopefully that makes some sense.

Seconded.

That being said, what a cute page!
