I like the template and the ads suit very well for your topic, definitely need some more content, add some pictures perhaps brighten it up, add a footer for your copyright information or whatever. Make some post sections so add some more stuff to your side bar, just make your blog stand out from the rest I guess.

Oh and for traffic or promotion definitely go for Ken's link exchange;

- there lots of Christian stuff out there and site's similar to your niche, so you would have to make a new links page, maybe even add an "about page" or a link to your my space so people can see who there reading about. Profile picture on your site with a link to my space who knows.

Just to elaborate a little on what Rob said...

Maybe not all internet business/marketing people are excited about God, but there is most certainly a group of them who are! When you think about it, that's exactly what you should hope for. You can't be a great blog for everyone in internet marketing (because it's a huge market with fierce competition anyway) but you could definitely do well specifically for Christian Internet Marketers.

Don't be discouraged... focus on your blog and networking, and you will start to get traffic.

I agree add more content and like the others said there is a great market out there for Christian-related sites and I know of a few people who have done quite well with sites in this niche.

Try adding a daily Bible verse or something that will keep people returning. Down the line, you may want to think about using AWeber. You can set up autoresponder messages to send at whatever interval you like. I use them for my fitness site and it works like a dream. You could use the Autoresponder to promote other Christian books, Bible verses, etc.
