and things are going downhill. I can barely get 10 people to visit per day, and I only made about five cents. I don't really think my site is that bad. Perhaps it has too little articles? Any ideas for an article and comment about my site will be

I would not consider your blog going downhill. It's only a week old! I wouldn't expect it to do any better right now. Building traffic, getting people to subscribe, and getting affiliate commissions take time and effort. Don't be discouraged, keep working on it.

If its a week old you can't expect wonders stick at it for at least 3 months, and then review your progress web building isn't easy going nor is it easy pay work for it, promote your site and stick with it.
Looks like you're using feedburner and if you login to your account and choose the "Publicize" tab there are buttons you can use to paste into the sidebar of your blog to get people to subscribe.
Your blog is waaaaay too young. Just keep promoting and visit www.prologger.net for some great beginner blogger tips.
