While i am learning HTML and CSS i thought i would keep my website active and keep it in a 100% dreamweaver built state at the moment. Then when i've learned CSS and HTML I can dramaticly improve the design

But for now, is this acceptable?

You seem to be off to a good start. I found it a little hard to read though because the green was so bright against the black background. Good luck with it.
