Best Wedding Dance Videos update

Hi Everyone

About 2 months ago I got some good advice from forum members here in reference to a new site about Wedding Dances I was building. I was told to purchase a domain name and work on making the site more sticky. I have been working a lot on the site, and have come back to hear your thoughts on the design, content, layout.. etc.
And yes I have made money with the site already! I think I can make more if I push hard enough...
I've already started to get a lot of competition in the search engines..

Wow this looks great! You even got a great domain name. I would move your blog archive up closer to the top as it's kind of buried on your site. Also the labels or tag cloud looks a little overwhelming. Tag clouds can be useful if it's manageable and contains many of the relevant words for your site to this cloud seems to have a ton keywords and it's taking up a lot of space and it's hard to read because of the small text.

I really love your niche. I think this is something that has a lot of potential.

This is very nice. I like the layout, (including ad placement) and you're using a nice, easy to read font.
I would make a little change to the header - if possible can you find a better image or get help removing the grey background areas. The header made a great first impression but since I am being picky I would work on improving it.
The other thing is that you have too many articles on the home page. It takes way too long to scroll down through all of the posts. You could add a Top Posts widget near the Latest Post widget or some other navigation widget. The Labels section is not very helpful either.

The social icons are nice except for the RSS feed (do you want it to be as big as Twittie?). If you are on FaceBook I would add that icon to the pack as well, if not you should be because that is an excellent place to get exposure for your brand.

I love your site. You have such a unique niche! I think your site will do well because you have a great topic that your visitors would be glad to contribute to. I think a lot of newlyweds would love to have their dance videos added to a site like this. I think you did a really good job.

You are doing a great job. I liked the idea from the beginning and you were able to grab that great name.

The only thing I see right off that I would personally change is in the header. Having the large empty space on the right side is somewhat glaring to me. I am not sure how I would change it. Add more pictures? More likely move the one image to the right side? I don't know. I always have to try things and see how they look.

This is an absolutely great idea. I remember spending a good portion of an afternoon watching these on YouTube because they are incredibly funny and original. That couple that did Baby Got Back probably had no idea what they started. I remember them doing their dance on Ellen as well. The Thriller one seems to be the most popular ever since the first one (You don't have it, at least not that I saw) where the groom played the Michael Jackson part and the bride was behind him. He was great!
I agree with Lisa, I think you can do really well with this because the surprise wedding dance becoming more and more popular and people getting that much more creative, YouTube is going to have lots of these for a long time to come. Really well done!

great idea! I'm curious, when it comes to uploaded the videos to your site, do u ask permission first, or do you just put them on there without it (cuz its free advertisement for them anyway).

I actually have them email me the info, I screen it, then post the video. They usually post their videos on Youtube then send me the link.
