Making moderated, manual mini-blogs

I see that SBI allows you to use form boxes. Could'nt I turn this into a mini blog like this:

*Have a story or video with my own text below

*Place a form below that asks visitors to comment, leave some of their info, and submit to me by email.

*I then can approve or disapprove of the comments, and if approved place them on my site, then move the comments box down under the new comments (this is not for everybody, but I've always liked moderating my comments with as much control as possible).

I wonder if SBI allows you to name/theme your form boxes so you can know what comments are pertaining to what story/video?

You can do the comment feature but that's an extra cost (It's called Content 2.0) It's $99/yr for that.

Yeah, I'm trying to get around the $99 charge, lol. I want something like what you have here:

Then I'll use it to create a manual mini-blog...

Unless they charge for contact forms, too?

Oh no that's free. LOL You can have people send you info through the form and then post it manually. I don't blame you on the $99.
