I am selling a website that I have lost interest in developing. Here are some stats:

Age: 1 year, 6 months
Pages: 34
Visitors: approx. 900 a month
Pageviews: approx. 2800
Pagerank 1

The site isn't fully monetized, but it earns $60 to $100 per month. There is a lot of potential if further developed. I once got an affiliate commission of $350 for a massage chair sale and recently got a $36 commission from amazon.

One thing I want to add is that many keywords look great in this niche. I have about 8 top 10 rankings for keywords.

Anyone interested?
