So I go to the area that I need to activate this and I move on. I then
understand that I should not do this until I have 20 or 30 pages and I
have only four pages so far..........what should I do now that I am
receiving emails from 'similar' sights. Should I just go ahead ?
You shouldn't start exchanging links until you have a decent amount of content. I would wait until you have at least 10-15. I didn't wait until 20 or 30. You may have joined Value Exchange too early. That's OK but I would wait until you have more pages.
