I've about half a dozen really good ideas in my mind for websites; but whether they go ahead is entirely down to keyword demand, how profitable they can be, the money that's there in the first place and of course - time!
I have many interests, and music is definitely in the top 3!

You mentioned X Site Pro - so you will be using that instead of SBI - yes?

Music is one of my biggest passions also, I would like to do a music related site as one of my site goals. i'm more of a singer, and would love to get more into the guitar, keyboard and songwriting.

Thanks for the info ... so if you happen to use the free search credits up can you purchase additional ones and, if so, for how much?
Sal
P.S. I am for this Friday - can't wait to start on SBI ...

Yep, They sell batch of 100 for $20, i think you can also 250 and 500 search credit batches. I am one of the few that went ahead and purchased a batch of 100. Now that was more than enough for me. But I think Ed used 25 for 2 websites. Each person it different, whatever it takes is the key.
Friday is the parteeee night !

Wow, I'm finding quite a few people interested in a music type e-business ... not sure if that is good or bad.
We should discuss music sometimes, probably by email or some other way since unless it's actually discussing it for an e-business site it may not be appropriate on this forum ... anyway I'm glad I'm finding other people that are passionate about music ...

it was interesting to find you and Ed discussing it while I just sent in an audition tape for the Oprah show last night. I can go on and on about this topic. However, as you said it is a little off topic for this forum in its current context. So, we can definitely continue via PM, etc.
All far as music related websites, i'm sure there is room for each of us, it's just a matter of getting the niche right individually.

Thanks Jazzman for the good luck acknowledgement, either way it goes, I feel very happy about it. Now that that part of my goal is accomplished, I can again focus more of my time on the researching my content for this wonderful website i will build. Also, thanks for the personal email address.

I didn't have any planned updates to share for a couple more days, the content manual has been an extremely unfolding experience which i've been enjoying and nurturing, however, since asked specific inquiries, here is my response:
No content written. I am reading, studying and evaluating the content manual, which i plan to finish today, then i will continue with the content articles within the TNT. The content manual has been a very insightful and inspiring experience. One that has emphasized further for me the importance of the tortoise philosophy, the fun is in the journey, not the destination. This is also serious business at least for me. I have a message to share to many, I must give my all to give my very best as i take the next step forward. Speaking of inspiration, I got inspired to purchase a half dozen books that will help me clarify and add insight into my message. All the best to everyone. Thanks for your continued interest.

You are handling it the right way ... take your time.
Don't you love the tools/articles/forum posts available in SBI to help/assist someone on their journey - it's unbelievable.
You are also right, it's the journey not the destination that makes this so interesting/great.
Again, update us when you ready - we ain't goin' nowhere!

Music is a great thing, but everyone will have different experiences so there's room for everybody. The whole internet isn't completely saturated ... yet!
Mr Potential : I've done the 'buy loada books' thing recently. I'm fed up with $97 'expert' gurus selling e-Books on a topic with pushy sales pages. Why not get real experts who have to get their material past a publishing houses' editor - AND IT'S CHEAPER! Amazon.co.uk are doing well at the moment.
When you come to writing content, I love to brainstorm whilst out on a dog walk or whilst getting fresh air. You can get in and just type. It's far more productive than being sat in front of the computer all day!

Ed,
I agree, there is room for more music sites and it boils down to, if you have something that is unique/special and would be in demand, it really doesn't matter, for the most part, what else is out there ... best of success on your next web site ...
I have a post advising I purchased SBI last Friday, 10/23/09 ... it's amazing ...

I agree absolutely, I even went a couple steps further and looked at each books reviews very carefully for ranking and creditability on amazon, then i went to a major local bookstore and got more feedback from the booksellers, then i sad myself down and reviewed the content of each book before purchase. Oh man, I am cooking with fire now for content creation.
Ed, good advice for content brainstorm preparation.
I agree with you and Jazzman about the music sites, but don't let get loose with that discussion, I got sooo much passion and love for it. I got to pace myself with this project and leverage myself into it. Man, i feel it all in my solar plexus. Anyway great to hear from you again. Always a pleasure.
