SBI and multiple domains ... question.
Okay ... so lets say I purchase SBI and get a website underway. Said website begins to show potential and I intend to keep it live for quite some time. Eventually it reaches the point where I can now begin to consider/focus on a second website endeavor in a totally different niche.
I understand that if I wish to employ it within the SBI product set, I will need to purchase the entire package a second time, spending an additional $299.
My question:
Is it possible that while the original website is still operating as an SBI site ,that I can still use all the brainstorming and analytical tools offerred with the original package for the purpose of employing all that knoweledge to my second website, while having that second site hosted elsewhere?
Please know that is not an intent to "skirt the costs" of purchasing a second SBI package, but rather because I have so many concepts (many of which I suspect I will find aren't marketable, but whatever....), it is likely that I will switch my own allegience to another niche or passion, but would like to use available toolsets to do front-end work.
As always, thanks in advance.

You can use the brainstorm it tool to search for anything (I have used it for my other non SBI! site because it's way better than the AdWords Keyword Tool, WordTracker and all those other tools). As you probably already know, you just won't be able to use a lot of the other tools for that other site since things like the Templates, Mailing List Manager, Autoresponder, etc. are all tied to one membership.
But yes, I have used it to research other keyword phrases not related to my SBI! site. Why not?

I use Brainstorm It! to assess different site concepts before purchasing. It's much more reassuring to have a basic outline of keywords BEFORE you buy your next subscription. The tools are there to use! The T&Cs just say you cannot "sell" the infomation - fair enough I say..
My advice - ONE WEBSITE AT A TIME. Building the site is the easy part, but developing it takes the time and patience. Link building (tedious!), traffic building, search engine credibility, list-building, contact building... you want to target your attention on one at a time and give yourself the best chance of earning some really serious money.
** An idea; when you get onto making your new website and choose not to use SBI - why not go nuts with the SBI 30-Day Free Trial. Pay - and then do all your keyword brainstorming for your next website, finalize it and prune it down, add some more keywords and then export the lot. Max out your credits and then cancel the membership. Some may say it's unethical but if your "in business" as it were, find the best tools and use them.

Technically, the license is for 1 Brainstormer per site.
It does add up, but like someone says, if you focus on one site at a time, you can monetize and have it pay for itself.

The way I see it...is an investment...i.e. think of it as a chain of stores, you most likely will take some time to build up your 'first' store...then once profits come through the door, that's the time to expand by buying or building 'more' stores...
Wonder if Mr. Wal-Mart did that?

Don't look to expand your website portfolio until your website is at the very least paying for itself and for some of your time and effort your putting in. You can only manage so much at any one time; you could pour your money into a hole and plenty of people will help you do that but nail down each aspect of the C>T>P>M first - 'M' is important; you've paid $299 already - you want that money back plus enough to make it worthwhile right? It's an investment.
With regards to tool use; yes you can use the tools on other projects.. just don't get into selling infomation unless you're selling a whole website or something.
I would PAY for something BI on it's own - worth well more than $299 per year..

Totally agree with this statement! So many people focus on other features of SBI! (builder, marketing help, etc.) but I think the BI tool is worth the price alone -- especially with the new upgrade.

Does your yearly SBI! cost increase based on the amount of traffic you have or has it remained $299 since you started? Anyone?

Hopefully someone else can chime in but I believe it is unlimited or "unmetered" just like the other hosts. I'll have to get the official word on that from SiteSell because I'm always unclear on that. Anyone else know?
All I know is my traffic is up to about 8,000 visits per day and I'm still paying $299/yr.
