Hey Webdev,

Nah...me being the non techy, non designer I just went with the standard SBI! template. I would like to change that at some point though.

Did you want to know how to do it or were you just curious?

Haven't started actually building my site yet but will be using the standard sbi template and will probably upgrade later when I'm more comfortable.

I'm still in brainstorming mode. LOL

Actually, i was just curious if someone already done that. For now i'm using the standard SBI! "Look and Feel" wizard for layout. But yep, even eventually i would change to custom. The standard one is too limited i think. BTW, does SBI give u the ability to put search feature on your site. I don't think i seen that anywhere site central panel, but just wondering if they have it.

I got my custom CSS template working with SBI! Here what i did.

1. Name your css template txtnew.css (SBI! requires you to name the you CSS file with this name). You can either make you CSS template or get a free template from a free template site.
2. In the header section your HTML page add the following code
HTML Code:
<style type="text/css">
        @import url("support-files/txtnew.css");
</style>
3. Simply upload the css using "Upload Your own HTML" along with the HTML pages using it.

You don't have to worry about the naming conventions of the class or id names in your CSS file. You can name them what ever you like.

Webdev, this is great. I've been saying that I want to tackle this at some point (I'm getting tired of my site's design) so I hope to do this soon. Thanks for posting. Sounds pretty easy.

its isn't hard to make a custom looking site in SBI if you start from scratch but converting an existing SBI built site using SBI "look and feel" to custom template could prove a bit of work.
