I was on sbi forum yesterday doing some browsing and came across someone with the exact same niche name that i am using. I am just wondering if i should change or just go with what i already have. Do you think 2 people with sbi and the same niche came make it work. thanks........bill

yes it can work if you use your own personal angle. He has, of course, a different domain name.
There are a many sites that tackle similar subjects.

This person may provide some competition but that is natural, it would be very rare, and very lucky, to be the only site in a niche. You can still succeed.

I guess looking on the bright side it means another person see's it as a niche worth getting in to. I would be more worried if I was the only website in a niche.
