I am wondering why some of my pages are the same width as the header and some are wider. Am I doing something to cause this that I am not aware of?

It looks like you didn't set the text to flow around the images and the ads.

If you log into SBI block by block builder, go to the graphic block and look for alignment. Select left or right alignment and the text should flow around your image.

As for the ads, i usually include them in my text boxes with the rest of my text.
