Hi there! I'm contemplating the use of SBI to help out people with investing. I have a couple of questions:

1. In your first month how many hits per day did you average?

2. Does SBI limit the amount of domains you can create? (I have ideas for at least three others in different areas; surfing, working out, etc.)

3. How quickly did it take before you were up and running with your site? (not including time to create content but mainly using the builder and tools on SBI).

Hi Jeremy,

1. I honestly can't remember back that far (I think a couple hundred by the 3rd month or so?) But I will say that number is going to vary from person to person and probably for most people that number is going to be very low. I don't have any stats in front of me but based on people that I know making money with their SBI! sites, it took at least 6 months to a year (or even more) before they saw any worthwhile traffic and income.

2. You only get one domain per order. SBI! is not like a standard host where they can easily host multiple domains. All the software is proprietary so there are some technical reasons why they cannot offer multiple domains per account.

3. I don't remember... maybe a week? The Action Guide is 10 days and I believe you start building your content on Day 6 or 7. Of course everyone works at their own pace though so again, it will vary.

Hopefully other SBIers will chime in but just remember everyone's story is going to vary drastically so be careful not to use anyone's traffic or income as a benchmark for your own success. It can be misleading because everyone learns at different paces and your success rate depends on a ton of different variables.

I started reading the Action Guide on May 30, 2008. I posted my home page on June 10th. For the month of June I averaged 2 visitors a day.

Of which I was glad, because for most of June, I only had 5 or 6 pages of content!!

By Feb 1st I had built 200+ pages (but I do not work outside the home, so I dedicated about 6 hours a day, 6 days a week for the first 5 months or so).
I'm currently seeing about 110 visitors a day.

I joined SBI August 20th, and put up my home page Sept 5, 2008.
I wasn't able to work on it much for over a month after that due to
family stuff...but I now have 46 content pages and 4 policy pages.
My traffic runs between 40-60 people a day. I just added adsense
(last night)and have had affiliate links up for about a month.

For the first two months I had one to two people a day. It does
take time to get indexed by the search engines. (weeks).

I probably took two weeks to work through the first few days of the action guide before I put my site up - though I already had a general idea of the area, it was just a question of finding a niche in that area.

In the first month, the most visitors I had in one day was 21, though mostly it was more like 3 or 4.
