Embedded video on web site

Hi, I am trying to embed a video onto a web page, I found a piece of code that uses apple quicktime but I would prefer to use media player as most uses have windows. I have added the code, can anyone help me change it to open with media player and run automaticaly?

You need to put the filename in the param name="filename" and also the embed tag (one for ie and the other for all other browsers).
