Default How do I Create an Opt-in Mailing List w/SBI?

My SBI site has not been getting the traffic I hoped for. Looking to increase traffic while getting new visitors to come back. Hoped to add an opt-in mailing list to each page.

Here's the problem: How do I add the mailing lists to my HTML pages? It's pretty straightforward if using SBI's block builder. But I'm not.

There's so much information on SBI. It takes forever to sift through the forums until you find an answer pertaining to your specific question. Can anyone help me out? Please provide a link to the SBI site (if possible) explaining how to integrate SBI's Mail-Out Manager (eZines) with HTML pages.

Thanks

Hey there,

I use AWeber, not SBI's Mailout Manager but I just went into Site Central and think I see how you need to do it. First you need to setup the name of your list and all that by going to "Mailout Manager" in Site Central.

Once you've done all that then go back Site Central and click "Upload Your Own HTML". Look for the link that says "Mailout Ezine Opt - In Form". This is the code you need to use for your subscribe form on your pages.

Simply paste it into your page and you should be good to go!

Default HTML Mail-Out Problem Solved

Thanks Lisa. It worked perfectly. Funny how I see that page all the time, but only looked at the buttons on the page I needed to use. And the button I needed was right there all along. I kept passing it by.

Appreciate your help.

No problem. The only reason I knew it was there was because when I started doing my own HTML instead of using the Builder, I had to do the same thing for my Contact form and I had to ask someone about finding the code. Seems to me they should also put that information on the actual tool page because it's logical to go to the Mailout Manager page to look for the code.

Glad I could help.
