Question Still No SBI!

Hey guys,

I have been trying to order SBI! since Christams. My order simply will not process. Does anyone think that I may have to contact my banks to make purchases out of the country??

I have used all my cards cards while out of the country on vacation. Is it not the same thing? I have been in contact with support already. They are the ones who advised me to use Paypal.

Any advice before I get on the phone with all my credit card companies and banks??????

I wouldn't think that being out of the country would make a difference. That's strange. What happened when you tried PayPal?

Hey Lisa!

I tried with several credit and debit cards. All my cards are valid and have sufficient funds. This is the message I get from Paypal:

[B]Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card

This message makes it seem as if my cards are not valid. I have a made purchases through Paypal using the same cards. Should I contact my banks and credit card companies? I'm trying to avoid doing so, especially if it's just an SBI! technical problem. SBI! emailed me and gave me the last option to mail in my payment, which I don't want to do.

Do you know if anyone else has had a problem?

I've never heard of this happening with SBI!. But I guess you can call your banks but it does seem like it's a problem with the transaction on the SiteSell servers. Have you bought anything else online recently using these cards or PayPal?
