SiteSell affiliates and SBI! owners probably already know this by now but in case you didn't know, SBI! just introduced monthly renewals.

One caveat though...

You have to have your site for at least a year and you still cannot pay your initial $299 in monthly installments. Ken says they tried that in the beginning and they found the refund rate doubled and was mostly from the "monthly" payers. His conclusion was that people tend to take it more seriously and treat it like a business investment (which it truly is) when they invest $299.

So you still cannot pay monthly if you are just signing up, but I think this is a great option for many people coming in on their first year renewal and are sort of stuck in that middle phase where they are making some money, but not enough to cover the $299... yet they still would like to continue with their sites. At that point they can renew at the monthly rate.
