Default Navbar and page manager on SBI!

I'm not sure if this question should be here or in the SBI section, but I started building pages yesterday. So far, I just have my home page and one Tier 2 page. My nav bar is not showing up on my home page, and the pages are not listed in page manager. so I have no way of viewing or editing my T2 page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I also asked this question in the SBI forum, and was told to simply click "all" at the top of the page manager section, but this did not work. I was also told that it takes the navigation bar some time to build, but should it take this long?

Also, there is hardly anything on my home page, so I dont want it to go live yet. How can I get it to not be live and keep it private until I add more content?
Thanks.

Default One more thing

When I analyze my home page, the file name sections says "N/A". is this normal, or is it supposed to have a file name?

Very strange that your pages aren't listed in your page manager. Did you hit "Build It!" after you created both pages?

Your homepage won't have a file name in Site Central. It should say "Edit Your SiteBuilder Homepage" and that's the button you click to edit your homepage.

But your additional pages should be listed right below that.

Even though the home page will not have a file name, should it still be listed under Page Manager, or do I always access it from the Edit button? I just made a few changes to it and clicked "Build It". The changes are reflected live on the web, but it is still not listed on my Page Manager.

The homepage will never show in the page manager. You always edit by clicking "Edit SiteBuilder HomePage"
