You do get a limit for using WordTracker. I'll have to go login and look... can't remember off the top of my head. You generate the meta tags yourself. There are suggestions and guidelines but you actually create them.
One thing I like to make clear about SBI! is that you do most of the work. A lot of people think it just runs on autopilot while you watch and that's not how it works. That would be a huge disadvantage because you'd never really learn yourself. The only automated things they do is submit your sitemaps and website to the major engines. Other than that, it's up to you to read the guide and then supply what SiteSell calls BAM (brains and motivation).

Thanks Lisa.
I'm in the process of learning exactly what you're talking about with BrainstormIt! That brain it's referring to ... is my own!!!
Ouch!!!

It depends on how you work and how fast you pick things up. It's hard to say how much time is enough because different people work at different paces. You really won't know know how much time you need to devote until you actually start working on it.

Hi Guys,
The free wordtracker and the adwords tool can give you an idea, but it won't
give supply or profitability. Just the number of searches. The SBI Wordtracker
version you get 25 to start, but if you use them up you can get more. I think
you can buy 50 more, but I forgot the price.
Kathy
P.S. I did a lot of demand comparison before brainstorm using those tools, and
I still have like 17 wordtrackers left. I can use them later to find new keywords.
