When you login you will see links to a variety of things but the first thing you should do is either read the Action Guide or watch the Video Action Guide. Watch/read the whole thing and thing follow the step by step instructions. The instructions are broken up into days and it's up to you to decide how quickly you want to go through them. Some people take one day at a time, others do multiple days in one day. So it's really up to you.

Everything you need to access will be located at http://login.sitesell.com

Default Starting SBI

When you first start it's a good idea to print out the action guide. You will want to refer to certain instructions every so often without having to find it again in the video.

Take your time during the brainstorming part in Day 2. That is the backbone of
your site. That needs to be right for the rest to work. Really.

Excellent advice, Azkat. Also, it's so easy to let the numbers from Brainstorm It! paralyze you. Use those tools provided by SBI! but also do your own physical research in Google and don't be afraid to rely on your gut, instinct and passion. I was just talking to a friend last night and he is stuck on the brainstorming phase because he can't get passed the numbers (so many people do this). It's not all about the numbers. It's a combination of your own passion for the topic and the kind of competition that is already out here.

Congrats again on your purchase.

i 2nd that!
it's VERY easy to get paralyzed by the numbers, as well as get overwhelmed by the amount of information. i let this happen to myself and lost lots of valuable time. i think it took me 4 months to "do" days 5 and 6... but that was my own dang fault.
then i ignored large parts of the action guide altogether and then had to start my site over from scratch after i hadn't followed the instructions and realized my site was pure crap.
LESSON LEARNED!! take your time and follow the instructions, but don't let the numbers stop you in your tracks. lisa said it best :

Well you should definitely pay attention to that warning because I would say that's a major reason people have trouble getting traffic. They go too broad. Keep brainstorming and writing down ideas. What does the Action Guide say about narrowing your topic more?

I have been trying to narrow my topic down from what the action guide says, but when I do that, all of my ideas go out the door because they no longer fit into the picture

Im stuck.

When you run your numbers in the brainstorm it, you get a list for the seed word. Look at that list and find a good "niche" inside your broader plan.

If you can narrow it down to one aspect of it you can probably make it work.
Remember, you can spin the name and angle of the site the way you want.
The keyword needs to be narrow enough to rank in the search engines in a reasonable amount of time though.
