Default Feeling Discouraged

I purchased SBI a few weeks ago. However, I have not managed to get beyond Day 2 of the SBI Guide. I am finding that I am having a hard time focussing on anything right now, jumping from project to project - not really accomplishing much of anything. I seem to have too much on the go - a couple of post-secondary College courses, SBI, and a blog. I am seriously considering asking SBI for a refund. I just don't seem to be able to find the time to properly devote myself to SiteSell.

I don't know much about how SBI works, but I do know about Ken Evoy's talent for producing a great product that people rarely ask for a refund on. I own a few of his products myself. So, you can definitely count on SBI being capable of doing what it says it will do. I'm sure the SBI users here will give it the thumbs up.

I'm not sure a refund is the answer. That's just a frustration thing.

Like anything else, it does require your attention. Trying to do too many things at the same time can only result in a less than satisfactory result in EVERYTHING that you're doing.

Maybe if you cycle what you're doing for a while, you will start to see the kind of progress that will spur you on. Doing this stuff is hard work anyway, so if you're making it harder by trying to focus on too many things, you're making it easier and easier to give up.

Obviously, your college stuff is too important to put on hold, so how about putting your blog away for a week and see how you handle the courses and your SBI stuff, just until you get over this current hurdle?

And nobody here is going to get annoyed with you for asking questions. I personally might not be able to help with specific questions about SBI, but others can, and if there's anything I can do in other areas, such as header graphics or proof-reading or whatever, just ask. That's what this site is all about.

Don't give up! Look forward to looking back in a year's time and wondering what all the fuss was about!

I''m going to take your advice Alan and just focus my attention on my College courses and SBI for now. After all, if I leave my blog unattended for the next month or two it'll still be their! I need to put my effort right now into what's most important. Thanks so much Alan for the advice and encouragement. I really appreciate it.

I agree you may have too much going on right now -- something I think we all can relate to at one time or another. I'll be the first to admit, SBI! has a LOT of reading but it's important not to rush through the action guide and it may be wise to wait until you have more time to devote to the process. You definitely don't want to rush through it, and the fact you are feeling discouraged won't help you any. So much of success is mental and if you are drained that can only work against you.

I don't want you to give up on your site, but I also don't want your grades to suffer because of it. Maybe getting the full refund while you can is wise and get back into SBI! when you have the time. I remember my college days and I know it's rough trying to juggle college and building a business. I too started my online biz in college but I had the luxury of being in summer school and only juggling 3 credits at the time.
