Good point NewMama. The sales cycle is typically longer for SBI! than other web hosts because of the price. People want to do their research and then come back months later to buy.

Ok, can't wait for my first sale.

Will patiently have to wait and try to promote the product.

I had my first sale through my SBI site only a couple days after I put it my About Me page up (the place where I talk about SBI). However, it was from a reader who had emailed me previously and asked for some info. We emailed back and forth a few times and then he decided to buy (originally he was going to wait to the end of the summer). I had another sale a couple of weeks later. My page has only been up about 6 weeks so I am very happy with that. Not really expecting alot of sales since I only promote it on that page so anything is a bonus.

I also first saw SBI on Lisas site. It took me a year before I bought it. I made sure to go back and purchase it from her site when I finally took the $300 plunge.

Thanks guys,

I'm confident that I will be able to get a sale somewhere along the line.

I will try to step up my game with SBI
