In the search engine HQ, one of my pages is ranked at 25 (bold) on the Live SE. I just searched for that specific keyword phrase on Live to see what sites rank above mine, and my site comes is listed fourth for that keyword phrase. So why does the SE HQ say 25?
Happens all the time. Apparently that info is not up-to-the minute. So what happens is when the report was run that's where you ranked but by the time you checked, you moved.
There was a sticky about that in the SBI! forums. I'll see if I can find it and if so I'll post it here. It's sort of hit or miss with that report.
