Loaded in 4 seconds for me but the talking host took longer. The one issue I see with your site is bad grammar. It looks like some of the text was written by a non-native English speaker. That's something I would consider having fixed.

Consider reducing the space for the images slide and parallel to it put a static image with catchy text. You have 10 secs to convince a visitor to stay on your website, so if the website is images slide is loading too long, your visitors might leave the page faster

I also noticed the poor English in the articles at the bottom. Might put some people off.

I think the social media bar at the left hand side is obnoxious. It is not integrated well enough in the website.

Also you are using tables for layout, not trying to criticize but if you are advertising being the best website designer you should really learn the proper way to design a website.

Tables are for table data
Use semantic markup (html5) like header,nav,section,article,aside,footer,div,hgroup etc and css for your layout. (learn the box model and floats). Also one more thing I wouldn't display my email address for the bots to spam use forms.

I visited your website on my netbook I use when I work in cafes. That sharebar and that woman talking took up the whole left side of your website. Not good as I could not actually read what you wrote. Yes your website does load a bit slow for me. But I'm Laos right now, so it might be because of that.
