Need EU Cookie Law Script

Hi Babblers,

I need an easy to implement Dreamweaver script for the new EU Cookie Law - could anyone help?
I have basic html knowledge and everything I have seen so far looks pretty complicated.
Ideally I would prefer the banner to show up across the top or bottom of the page rather than placed right in the middle.
Any help would be much appreciated

I stumbled upon this thread via Google even though I was logged into the forum in another tab so figured I'd reply.

There is many free EU cookie law scripts that can be implemented into your site easily (one is from Google). Also a website called Code Canyon has many paid scripts that come with support form the developer who created the script.

It is possible to create a solution with HTML/CSS only but if would require PHP or Javascript to have it hide upon agreement (or have it only show on the first visit as the bbc do at bbc.co.uk).
