Need Help With My Website Design!!

I often see people get confused, websites are meant for business, businesses are not for websites yes it can through website.(I know all websites are not for this). Guys always insist about making websites but what about the core for which it is going to be, none talks about how it is going to support the reason for what it is meant. Is color, layout, content is everything: How many of you know at most of the cases visitor just scan your page, those seconds are very much important because in that period s/he is going to decide desirable action.

definitely needs updating, a bit more color and up to date css will do the job.

alot of the time i see sites like this, and it reminds me of spam!

I agree with carlyn that bright colours play an important role in the way of creating attractiveness on the other hand website must be designed in such a way that look better to eyes and easy to read. Everything in website must be mentioned clearly on the website.. so that user may get certain information through website..
