Great... thanks for sharing ... Article Distribution or Submission is the best way to create one way link. Although, I am confused about one thing.

Whether I should submit the same article or should I spin the articles and then submit them to various websites? Although, after panda update, I am using article spinning techniques. I'm confused and please let me know which one is more fruitful.
