Can i create more than 2 accounts on paypal?

Greetings all.
Due to some personal problems, i need to create more than 2 paypal accounts.
From what i've been used to, i know that there are allowed just one personal account and one bussiness acount for the same person.
Do you know if this rule has changed? I can't find anything in the FAQ section and i really need more accounts.

As far as I am concerned, you can create paypal account with your different email id.

In single account you can set 5 email address.

Use a different e-mail address. The only drawback to having two accounts, is that if you want to have a PayPal debit or credit card, you have to link your PayPal account to an actual real world bank account, so unless you have two bank accounts to link your two separate PayPal accounts to, it could be a problem.

First post here, hello guys!

I am planning to close my Out of US account and setup up a new US account due to call my customers are in the US. Can I do so by using my same email address?

Basically delete my old account (Out of US) and set up a new one using the same email address. My Out of US account is charging me 3.4% then to 2.9% after $10,000 USD but using a US account it'll be 2.9% then to 2.4% after $3000 USD.
