There are a few questions that come to mind. Answering them may help you develop a successful strategy.
1. Are you planning on bringing in traffic to your website through Google organic results or through PPC and networking? If you would like to bring traffic through organic, then you probably would want to write several articles that pertain to each book you would like to sell.
2. When you say "resell", are you referring to obtaining master resale rights (MRR) to ebooks so you can sell them to others? Or are you referring to having someone sell an ebook he/she already had to another visitor of your site? The former is ok, but the latter may raise copyright issues.
3. Are you also thinking about selling ebooks from places like Clickbank.com or ebooks.com making affiliate commission?
4. Do you have specific topic about computers you would like to focus on?
I agree. Hopefully you have some specific topic in mind, other than just ebooks. It would be much easier to try and create a site on gardening for example with great content on that and then sell gardening related ebooks.
Maybe someone else has a better source but I have a hard time finding good ebooks that have resell rights. They're usually very poorly written or contain common knowledge you can find anywhere.
You may even want to think of creating your own ebook and selling. Adobe makes creating ebooks a snap!

I was thinking the exact same thing as Lisa. You can create your own ebook. Just make sure you have enough content to fill the pages- I have a blog about computers based on my current job fixing them so constantly adding content based on past and current job experiences with them, the clients I support and other computer work issues.
It's nice to blog about something that you're familiar with. Good luck!
