It really wouldn't surprise me, considering how Google has cracked down on duplicate content.

I personally like to have my page title first in the title tag, followed by my site name. We read left to right, so I want the most relevant keywords first.

I only use Google except for a rare occasion where I search my own pages on Bing or Yahoo. I make several searches everyday, usually related to my web site or web design in general.

That site is all closed up. Always sad to see someone not be able to "make it" out here in the WWW.
