With this opt-in list, periodically provide helpful tips and information about html, and every once in a while, you can promote other webmaster related services with an affiliate program.
Maybe the statcounter is free or does not have an affiliate program... but those who are interested in statcounter tutorials should also be interested in other website related stuff (that would have an affiliate program).
