I found this site the other day. http://www.websitegrader.com It's free.

It assigns a grade to your site (1-100) and lets you know where you can/need to improve. It also checks your search engine ranking for whatever keywords you enter. You can check your grade against 2 of your competitor's sites as well.

My site is graded at an 11 (Boo!!!) I have quite a bit of work to do apparently.
