the funny part of SEO?
Should we pay for SEO services to those seo companies who are offering website seo services if the results is this.......We very often see in search engines, that a paticular website is ranking at 9th position and very next day you find it out in 35th position. Is Google and SEO is a fun? i can't understand it ? would you please like to tell me what should i do to achieve that position again? and what about those seo companies who are offering seo services, should we pay them for the seo services they are providing us

Since SEO is so much about off-page criteria these days (# of quality sites linking to you, etc.) I would be very careful about signing up with any SEO company. In fact, that's the very reason so many SEO companies have gone down the tubes.
That's not to say there aren't good ones out there. Wil Reynolds, Owner of SEER, Inc. is a very reputable company and Wil speaks at many of the affiliate summits. I don't know much about their services but I've heard Wil speak on numerous occasions and I love that he is very honest about what works/what doesn't and his advice seems to be very up-to-date. However, you are going to pay quite a bit of money for a premium service such as that. SEER has quite the reputation.
My opinion is to learn SEO on your own. Understand that your content, keywords, hyperlinks, etc still play a role but the #1 determining factor in how well you rank is your popularity and inbound links from relevant sites. So it starts with you building a website that is useful, valuable and one that people will want to link to voluntarily.

It is pretty good for you to go for a company that will charge you a nominal fee and also make sure that you will get satisfactory results for your investments. You can verify their previous experience and most important their license and make sure that they will be able to provide Google friendly solutions for your website or blog. But as you said about the fluctuation of search results, it is called google dance and the funny part is, it should not be called google dance, it's google who make seo companies dance..

Learning SEO is really not that hard if you have the perseverance and patience. If you have a lot of time, then go ahead read, research and ask on forums. If you don't have the time, then consider hiring a professional SEO company to do it for you, just pick the right company.

speaking of doing SEO yourself. I have some pretty good links which are good.
What I am doing now is tweaking about on my titles description etc. I have a question: Is it better to put your web site name first and then put what is on the page such as- Company name ... then- Contact (my contact page is a form requesting info) or what is on the page then name. I am keeping key words in my title and in the meta description
I have been told both ways hmmm
Wow I am learning a lot and to think I at one time didn't know hardly how to even turn this thing ok lol

I think I admire u to look the up and downs of serp as the funny part!
Then instead of complaining, u can enjoy the achievement of bringing your site up to the serp again!

What you are saying is correct and using some plugin like ALL in One SEO Pack can help you to give multiple titles to specific page or post.

Well, the thing here is even u do the SEO well enough, and u have achieved great rankings in Google's serp. But, a little bit change of google's algo, u may still be faced with the same problem!
So, the up and down is also part of the SEO!

Both sites and blogs also need optimization.
You can put your keywords on domain name, title tags, alt tags, header, content and more importantly on anchor text. Those are the best factors which can affect a site/blog rankings on search engines. Just don't forget to build links to increase link popularity.

Learning SEO is just easy. Once you get to know the basic, it is much easier for you to go in advanced level. Doing SEO for our own website is much better; whatever the result of SEO is credited on our own; not to others.
