hi woul like some advice about gooogle rank

hi i think i already submitted my site to google should i re sub -- my xml plugin via wp is wokring i think

but im still not indexed when i type my site name in it doesnt appear its been about a week -- it should be first cos no- one has a name like it tx ben

It usually takes longer than a week to appear in Google's results. Be patient and everything will work out for you.

create unique content and submit your site with different do follow social bookmarking sites.

In your Wordpress user panel where you write your posts, click on "settings" at the lower part of your menu on the left of the page.

Next click on "privacy." Make sure that the top option is the one that you have selected.

It should say "I would like my blog to be visible to everyone, including search engines (like Google, Sphere, Technorati) and archivers."

If the other one is checked your pages will never be indexed.

Just wait until Google made some updates. You'll see the results if its being index or not.

To indexed faster, just submit your website to different social bookmarkings sites that has high PR rankings..

Resubmitting wouldn't make sense, just get links for SEs to naturally find your site.

for a new site, it is normal that you are still not recognized by search engines. To help you for faster indexing, put sitemap, ping it, and submit it to search engines.

I always heard people say that "content is the king ,link building is the queen."
Also i think you'll find a lot of useful post in this forum ,since lots of people talk about how to get a high traffic/ranking in seo.

My method is to submit my site to digg, mix and other bookmarking sites. Usually, my site will be indexed within 24 hours. Maybe you can try it. If you want your site to be indexed quickly, you should post your site's link on the big sites which google visits frequently.
