Default Google can't detect my new pages???

Recently I totally redesigned and restructured my site. Doing so, I've also basically cleared all the old pages and made new ones.

But here, a problem occurs. Google doesn't get rid of the old pages, and in addition, it doesn't list any of my new pages.

Maybe a source of this problem is because some pages have similar names? E.g. old page name: Armors.html new page name: armors.html

But I don't get it, google doesn't detect any of my new pages!! And it doesn't remove the old ones.

Does anyone have an explanation for this?

    Thanks.

It takes time for Google to pick up and display new pages in search results. How long have your new pages been available? Do you currently have a sitemap to assist Google in knowing your site layout?

If you want, you can also request Google remove your old pages from within its Webmaster tools.

    well thats a relieve xD.

Hmm, the new site has been running ever since the beginning of summer break, which is almost 1 week. Right now, I see some pages listed on google, so i guess that's a good sign.

    Thanks.

1 week is not long. If you are seeing some pages already listed in Google, then the site is being crawled, and it is a good sign.

See what is in Google's listing in a month, but it looks like everything will be fine. I went through the same thing almost a year ago when I switch from Blogger to Wordpress. It just takes time.

Google will take long time to index all the pages.. So better using robot.txt and sitemap u can controll. Add newpages on th esite map and also block indexing old pages by robot.txt

Create an effective sitemap and wait for a while. Google takes sometime to crawl web sites. During this time don't forget to submit your web site to several directories and search engines.
