Wow Pete, that is a huge list! Just out of curiosity, how many of those would you normally submit your site to? 177 is a ton, and I haven't read the descriptions to all of them, but if they all provide backlinks it seems like they'd definitely be a very good place for promotion.

The more the better, isn't it?

But honestly, I've never tried to use it all, I'm only using 20 or more for my social bookmarking in that list.
