Looking for link exchange partner to benefit PR juice, improve backlinks and increase traffic. Link exchange partners should be dofollow, have PR and having good volume of traffic.

No point putting a lot of effort into building backlinks if your visitors leave as soon as they reach your site.

I saw a interview with the SEO of Google and he said he never invested much money in advertising but instead concentrated on creating a search engine where visitors will return. It worked

A keyword reach Title and Description as when someone makes a search and finds your title in search the searcher more likely to click on it as that is what he or she is looking for.

Blog commenting is also a good method for me, posting to a do follow blogs and related to your niche increase google pr and traffics.

There's no denying content is king, but I do agree with Govindji, Titles and Descriptions are important, you only get one chance to make a first impression and it is usually on the Google search screen.

Blog commenting with high pr blog is the best. Its very beneficial if they are done in your niche.

Just my experience, I do dofollow blog commenting for a month and it's not give great impact for SERP. I don't know why ...

Heridanu, It's my experience that if you have good blog with high PR and if you do genuine comment regarding the post then you can have good output!

I usually give importance to attractive and relevant title, unique content and most important, generating backlinks for internal pages from hig pagerank relevant sites.
